Q: How does a catholic priest make a boy cry twice?
This is going to be that last rant for a while, unless something nuts happens. Right now the only good thing happening is that my wife is pregnant. Two weeks ago, our water heater blew a line. apparently it had been leaking for a while because the water damage was quite extensive. The insurance guy came this morning to look at it. He told me they aren't gonna cover shit. This sucks. On a good note, he did notice all my fish tanks and offered me a 120 gal one for free with stand and everthing. I'll probably have to sell it to be able to afford to fix the damage. I spent most of my day doing bids that were due by 2 so my brain has been throbbing all day. I came home tonite and figured I'd relax by putting some of my miniatures together. The succubi all had wings to be attached. And my halberdsmen need stuff too. Superglue sucks. My fingers still keep getting stuck to each other and I have to put on rubber gloves every time I take a piss becuase my wife wont hold it for me.
And now the real reason for this letter. Last night me and stace went to see Factory 81 at the emerald theater. It was an awesome show. We sat up in the balcony right over top the stage. Best seats in the house. 'Cept neither of us can hear today. The first band that opened was called Jettored. They weren't horrible and if the singer hadn't wasted so much breath bouncing up and down and around he might have actually had something left to sing with. The second band was the Cancer Conspirecy. These guys were fucking amazing. They only played two songs. Each lasted like ten minutes and were both instrumentals. The first was pink floydish and the second like a slow tool song or perfect circle. They had an ep and an album for sale. I bought both. I've listend to both and am still not disapointed. It's all instrumental. Similar to like a Transibereon Orchestra only better. The third band I couldn't understand what the guy called it but he said they were from california if that helps. They guy had a voice just like the singer of Sponge and sounded a lot like Sponge. They weren't particularily good or bad. But they all constantly walked backwards around the stage. More then once they tripped over each other. I kept waiting for them to trip into the drumset but it never happened. After them came Factory 81, the definitive crowd pleaser. They played some old stuff and a lotta new stuff. The new stuff was a little more mellow but still very good. He ranted about Dave from Drowning Pool dying yesterday. And about how Jive records (who'd been producing them) said they liked the stuff on the new album but didn't see anyting for radio play. Nate (the frontman) replied that they weren't really into that kinda stuff and to go fuck themselves. They are now without a label again. On there last song everyone rushed the stage and half the audience was up on it. Nate was helping people up as he sang. It was pretty nutz. After that he decided to sing one more song. The moshers went fucking crazy. It was a good show. I'm going on Sept 19 to see the Used and some of the bands that were there. So hopefully it will be equally nutz. Peace out ya'll.
ps. Wipe his shitty, blood covered dick on the boys teddy bear.
