Dinner Conversations: Shit-faced

Another fun conversation with my four year old son...

Jadyn ~ Guess what we're gonna do after dinner? We're gonna play lotsa games!!!

Couch ~ Why don't we finish watching Lord of the Rings, since daddy hasn't gotten to finish it in about three weeks now.

Stacey ~ Guess what mommy's gonna do after dinner? Shes gonna get shit-faced.

Jadyn ~ SHIT-FACED!!! I wanna see!! Does she get poop on her face?

Couch ~ No, not exactly. (vomit maybe...)

Stacey ~ Hey! That's a mommy-daddy word so you can only say it around us, not when your around grandma.

Couch ~ It's really neat Jadyn. Mommy actually becomes "fun" for a little while.

Jadyn ~ "Fun?" ... (sarcastically) YEAH, RIGHT!!!!

So this is what I can look forward to when my son is that old?

Probably not... Our parenting style has been a bit different then most. Results werent exactly as expected with the first one, so we changed things around a bit for the second. The first one turned out incredibly passive and intelligent yet swears like a sailor in the proper company. The second one has turned out to be fearless in any surrounding but prefers to solve problems thru brawn over brains. It is too bad there won't be a third. Expirimentation on children is so much fun!!!

Though I'm sure you can expect to have many "fun" conversations with the kid no matter how you raise him/her. Well, unless it turns like my daughter. She only communicates in grunts and growls. Very feral that one.

You make our daughter sound like a monkey. You forgot to mention that she's only 22 months. She talks, she's just still learning and still babbles. Besides, our son talks enough for all of us.
