My wife and I went out to the Outback Steakhouse. There they have an appitizer called the bloomin onion. It's basically a big breaded onion loaf with a terrific sauce. The thing is spectactular. It dwarfs your actual meal and you will more then likely be going home with a box.
Way to go Outback!
